Role Description The Manager – Accounts Receivable is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai.



This role is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end accounts receivable process, including invoice generation, reconciliation, tracking collections, and monitoring outstanding balances. The manager will review customer credit limits, ensure timely follow-up on overdue accounts, and coordinate with sales, finance, and logistics teams to resolve billing or payment discrepancies. Day-to-day tasks include preparing AR reports, analyzing aging schedules, implementing controls to reduce bad debts, and supporting audits and compliance requirements. The individual will also contribute to process improvements, standardize documentation, and maintain accurate records in the accounting and ERP systems.

* Monitor customer balance and ageing to keep overdue within defined limits.
