Role Description The Equity Trader work with a team of software developers working on developing a Machine Learning based trading application .He will bring the trading domain expertise to shape the software functionality . The role involves close collaboration with software team to develop the man machine interfaces for trading , test and refine trading approaches, verify trading records, logs and reports on performance and key findings.



This is a contract role and is fully remote, requiring reliable connectivity and a professional home office setup.
Qualifications
Solid knowledge of the stock market and practical experience in trading equities.
Proficiency in technical analysis and familiarity with charting tools and indicators.
Ability to design, apply, and refine trading strategies in live and simulated environments.
Excellent analytical skills, including data interpretation, pattern recognition, and risk assessment.
Comfort with remote collaboration tools and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Attention to detail, disciplined execution, and adherence to risk management guidelines.
Experience with trading platforms and market data systems; coding or quantitative skills are a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
