Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role based in Bhubaneswar. The Telecaller will make outbound and receive inbound calls to prospective and existing clients, share information about the company’s real estate and infrastructure projects, and respond to inquiries in a clear and skilled manner. Daily activities include maintaining call records, updating customer databases, following up on leads,



and coordinating with the sales and marketing teams to support conversions. The role also involves explaining project details, capturing customer requirements, scheduling site visits or appointments, and providing courteous post-call follow-up to ensure a positive experience.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken English/Odia/Hindi, active listening, and the ability to build rapport over the phone.
Candidates should possess basic sales and customer service skills, such as handling objections, providing accurate information, and maintaining a professional and customer-centric approach.
