Role Description The Admission Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Mahesana. The role involves guiding prospective students through the complete admission process,



including counseling on suitable New Zealand programs, institutions, and entry requirements. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing academic documents, assisting with application forms, coordinating with university and college representatives, and tracking application status. The Admission Executive will communicate regularly with students and families, explain timelines and procedures, and provide support with standardized test information and required documentation. The role also includes maintaining accurate records in internal systems, participating in local outreach or events, and collaborating with immigration advisers and education specialists to ensure a smooth and transparent experience for each applicant.

Solid student counseling and advisory skills, with the ability to explain academic pathways, admission requirements, and study options in Current Zealand clearly and professionally.
