Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Luxury Property Sales role based in Hyderabad. The role involves identifying and engaging potential buyers for premium residential and commercial properties, conducting property presentations and site visits, and managing the end-to-end sales process. Responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with high-net-worth clients, understanding their investment and lifestyle needs, and recommending suitable luxury properties. The individual will prepare and negotiate offers,



coordinate documentation with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure a seamless, customer-centric experience before, during, and after the sale. The role also includes staying updated on market trends, property inventory, and competitive offerings in the Hyderabad luxury real estate market.

Qualifications
Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with clients and stakeholders.
Robust Customer Service capabilities, with a focus on delivering a high-quality, consultative experience.
Knowledge of Residential Real Estate, especially luxury and high-end properties.
