Role Description The Telesales Representative will engage with potential and existing customers via phone to promote D&K; Group’s products and services, explain features and benefits, and address questions or concerns.



Daily responsibilities include making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, qualifying leads, preparing accurate quotations, and following up to close sales while maintaining detailed records in CRM or related systems. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to understand solution offerings, providing feedback from customer interactions, and participating in training sessions to stay current on products and sales techniques. This is a full time, on-site role based in Surat, requiring consistent attendance and active participation in office-based teamwork.
