Role Description The Bakery Chef is responsible for planning, preparing, and baking a variety of viennoiserie, breads, sourdough breads, and café-style bakery items to support the daily menu. This full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru involves mixing doughs and batters, shaping and baking products, plating, and ensuring consistent presentation and taste. The Bakery Chef will manage production schedules, maintain inventory of ingredients,



and coordinate with the kitchen and café team to meet service timelines. The role includes maintaining hygiene and food safety standards, monitoring equipment, and contributing to new product development and seasonal specials. The Bakery Chef is expected to uphold the café’s quality and hospitality standards while working efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
