Role Description The Customer Success Manager role at SaaS Universe is a full-time remote position focused on nurturing and expanding relationships with agencies, freelancers, and coaches using the platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include onboarding new customers, understanding their business goals, and guiding them in configuring and using the software to achieve measurable outcomes. The role involves monitoring customer health metrics, addressing product-related questions,



and coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues and implement improvements. The Customer Success Manager will proactively drive product adoption, support retention and upsell opportunities, and collect feedback to help shape product and service enhancements.

Demonstrated ability to manage Customer Satisfaction and deliver high-quality Customer Service.
Robust Customer Retention and Relationship Building skills to support long-term partnerships.
Robust Analytical Skills to interpret usage data, identify trends, and recommend actionable solutions.
Experience working in SaaS, digital marketing, or agency environments is highly beneficial.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts in easy terms.
Proven track record in client-facing roles, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities remotely.
