Role Description:
We are looking for a Sales Co-ordinator to join our team. The role will primarily involve jewellery order processing, coordination,



costing/pricing, and communication with US customers. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of the Diamond & Jewellery Industry, along with a strong understanding of jewellery products and related processes. This is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai.
The role involves-
Processing sales orders by receiving and reviewing customer requirements and completing the final processing in ERP
Handle end-to-end coordination and ensure timely completion of customer requirements
Coordinate with US customers through email and phone
Work on jewellery costing and pricing
Maintain and work on MS Excel for day-to-day operational requirements
Handle invoicing-related activities
Ensure accuracy and timely processing of orders and requirements
Coordinate with relevant internal teams for smooth execution of orders
