Super Distributor (SD) Management & Sales Growth
Direct and manage Super Distributors (SDs) across Tamil Nadu to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Monitor SD inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and maintain healthy ROI for channel partners.
Streamline the Order-to-Cash process, ensuring timely payments and collections from the distribution network.
Market Expansion & Territory Growth
Identify and appoint current sub-distributors and retail partners in untapped areas of Tamil Nadu to increase product reach.
Drive Secondary Sales by ensuring products move from distributors to hospitals, clinics, and physiotherapy centers.
Team Leadership & Field Management
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Area Sales Managers (ASMs) and field executives.




Conduct regular field-joint-working sessions to monitor ground-level execution and team performance.
Stakeholder Relationship & Scientific Promotion
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including Orthopaedic Surgeons, Physiatrists, Physiotherapist, Chiropractic’s, General Practitioners and Hospital Procurement Managers.
