Salary & Benefits:
CTC: ₹3 LPA – ₹4.20 LPA (Based on experience & performance).

Candidate Requirements:
✔ 2–3 years of experience in a Digital Marketing Agency or Advertising Agency.
✔ Excellent English and Marathi communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
✔ Robust client acquisition and relationship management abilities.
✔ Ability to generate leads and close business opportunities.
✔ Graduate in any discipline.
✔ Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional attitude.

Candidates with experience in handling International Clients (US, UK, UAE,



Australia, etc.) will be given strong preference.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate and convert business leads.
Meet prospective clients and understand their marketing requirements.
Present agency services, proposals, and digital marketing solutions.
Build long-term relationships with clients.
Coordinate with internal creative and marketing teams for smooth project execution.
