Role Description The Turf Admin is a full-time, on-site role based at War Arena in Chennai. This role is responsible for overseeing daily turf operations, including scheduling bookings, coordinating with customers and teams, and ensuring that the turf is prepared and maintained for matches, events, and training sessions. The Turf Admin will handle administrative tasks such as maintaining records, managing payments and receipts, tracking usage, and supporting basic financial reporting related to turf activities. The role includes assisting visitors with inquiries,



providing customer service at the venue, and working closely with operations staff to ensure safety, cleanliness, and adherence to facility rules. The Turf Admin will also help monitor equipment, report maintenance needs, and support event coordination as required.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with visitors, teams, and vendors.
Candidates should possess Administrative Assistance skills to handle documentation, scheduling, record-keeping, and coordination tasks.
Ability to work in office in Chennai, including evenings or weekends as needed, and manage time effectively in a busy environment.
