Position: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Department: Sales
Location: Jankipuram Vistar, Sector 8, Lucknow
Work Mode: Office or Field — Candidate’s Choice
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: 1–3 years
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday
? Salary
Office Role: ₹15,000/month + Incentives
Field Role: ₹20,000/month + Incentives
? What You’ll Do
Generate leads for IT/software products and services
Make calls and engage potential B2B customers
Conduct product demonstrations
Follow up with prospects
Convert qualified leads into sales
Manage leads using CRM software
Perform cold calling and lead-generation activities




Handle field sales activities for the Field BDE role
Manage the sales process from lead generation to conversion
✅ What We’re Looking For
Graduate in BBA, B.Com, BCA, or relevant equivalent qualification
1–3 years of relevant experience
Experience in IT/software sales
Valuable understanding of business development and sales
Strong skills in B2B Sales, Lead Generation, Calling, Product Demo & CRM
