Requirements:
• 2–4 years of experience in Business Development / Sales
• Hands-on experience in both Pre-Sales and Post-Sales
• Experience in team handling and coordination
• Strong client communication and relationship management skills
• Experience in lead generation, follow-ups, and business conversion
• Solid negotiation and presentation skills
• Target-oriented and result-driven approach

Key Responsibilities:
• Generate and qualify new business opportunities




• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
• Handle client meetings, presentations, proposals, and negotiations
• Manage Pre-Sales and Post-Sales activities
• Lead and coordinate the Business Development team
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project onboarding and delivery
• Achieve assigned sales and business development targets
