? Position: HMC Operator – Horizontal Machining Centre
? Job Responsibilities
• Operate and set HMC machines as per production requirements
• Perform tool setting, offset correction & tool changes
• Read and understand engineering drawings
• Check component dimensions using measuring instruments
• Maintain required quality, productivity & safety standards
• Follow SOP, 5S and standard machining practices
• Perform basic machine inspection and troubleshooting
? Candidate Profile
• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or relevant trade
• Experience in HMC/CNC machining preferred
• Knowledge of cutting tools, machining processes & offsets




• Ability to read engineering drawings
• Knowledge of Vernier, Micrometer, Bore Gauge, etc.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts
