About Role
We are looking for a results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to drive sales and business growth for 1XL Infra & Rent With Zeal. The role focuses on expanding the Channel Partner network, generating and converting leads, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
The position involves extensive travel across India and UAE as required. Strong communication, negotiation, networking, and sales skills are essential. A valid passport is compulsory.
Key Responsibilities
1.



Channel Partner Development
Identify and connect with real estate brokers, property consultants, agencies, and Channel Partners across India.
Expand and manage the Channel Partner network in new and existing markets.
Onboard current partners and explain company projects, offerings, and partnership opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Channel Partners.
Activate and improve the performance of existing partners.
2. Real Estate Sales & Business Development
Generate qualified leads through Channel Partners, networking, referrals, market visits, road shows, exhibitions, events, and other sales activities.
Conduct meetings with potential clients, investors, brokers, and business partners.
Present projects, investment opportunities, pricing, and benefits.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct and participate in sales
