Socioshoot Market Your Latest Self is looking for an experienced, proactive and client-focused Performance Marketing Manager with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in managing and scaling paid media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan, execute and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads and other paid media platforms
• Independently manage multiple client accounts, campaign budgets and business objectives
• Conduct regular client meetings to discuss performance, challenges, opportunities and future strategy
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
• Understand client expectations, address concerns proactively and ensure timely communication
• Develop data-driven strategies to improve ROAS, lead quality, conversions and overall business growth
• Analyse campaign data and present clear, actionable recommendations to clients
• Coordinate with creative, content and internal teams for smooth campaign execution




• Prepare performance reports and take complete ownership of account growth and client satisfaction

What We’re Looking For
• 2–4 years of relevant performance marketing experience
• Robust hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Working experience with Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads and other marketplace or paid media platforms
• Ability to independently handle client communication, meetings and relationship management
• Strong presentation, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• A proactive, accountable and growth-oriented approach
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and work in a fast-paced agency environment
• Previous agency experience will be preferred
