Role Description This is a full-time, in office Social Media Manager role based in Jaipur. The Social Media Manager will plan, create, and publish content across social platforms to promote Ganpati’s products and brand story. Responsibilities include managing daily posts, engaging with followers, responding to messages and comments, and maintaining a consistent brand voice. The role involves developing social media campaigns, optimizing profiles and content for reach and engagement,



and collaborating with design, sales, and marketing teams to support product launches and promotions. The Social Media Manager will also track performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and suggest data-driven improvements to strengthen the company’s digital presence.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to plan campaigns and grow brand visibility.
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Writing skills to craft clear, engaging, and brand-aligned messages.
Candidates should possess skills in Content Strategy to plan calendars, align content with business goals, and tailor messaging to target audiences.
Experience with major social platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest) and basic analytics tools is beneficial.
