Role Description

This is a full time, on-site role for an Employment - Direct Tax position located in Pune Division. Join our specialized Tax, Regulatory & Litigation Department and accelerate your professional development through comprehensive exposure to high-stakes tax matters. The candidate will be responsible for assisting in direct tax matters, including tax planning, tax compliance,



and tax preparation. Day-to-day tasks will involve conducting tax research, preparing tax returns, income tax litigation, business advisory services, Tax audits, NRI Taxation, Foreign company tax matters, HNI Taxation, Private Family Trust tax matters, FEMA compliance, international taxation, and transfer pricing - positioning you for exceptional career growth in India's premier tax practice under the guidance of senior professionals. WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON

Income Tax Compliance:
• Prepare tax calculations for UHNI, NRI, Corporates, Private Trusts and various entities
• Preparation of Income Tax Returns and Advance Tax calculations
• Investment accounting of Private Family Trusts and Ultra HNI
