ControlZ is building India’s most advanced smartphone renewal and refurbishment ecosystem—combining automation, AI, and industrial-scale quality systems. Our internal tech stack powers inventory, refurbishment workflows, QC automation, warranties, logistics, and D2C + retail operations. We’re now strengthening our core ERP layer on Frappe / ERPNext.

What you’ll work on

Build and customize Frappe / ERPNext apps for:
Smartphone refurbishment workflows
Multi-stage QC and testing pipelines
Inventory, grading, and traceability systems
Warranty, returns, and service flows
Design custom DocTypes, workflows, scripts, reports, and dashboards
Integrate Frappe with

Testing machines / automation systems
External APIs (logistics, payments, CRM, D2C systems)
Improve performance, reliability, and data integrity at scale
Work closely with operations, quality, and automation teams to convert real-world processes into software

What we’re looking for

Must-haves





Robust hands-on experience with Frappe Framework
Solid Python fundamentals
Good understanding of MariaDB/MySQL
Experience building custom ERPNext modules
Comfortable with server-side scripting, hooks, and background jobs
Practical mindset—able to model messy real-world operations into clean systems

Good to have

ERPNext functional understanding (Stock, Manufacturing, Quality, Assets)
JavaScript / REST API experience
Experience with production deployments, backups, and migrations
Prior work in manufacturing, supply chain, or operations-heavy environments
