Role Description The HR Executive role at CAREERBLOC is a full-time, in office position based in Noida. The HR Executive will handle day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, coordinating onboarding and exit formalities, and supporting payroll and attendance processes. The role involves assisting in implementing HR policies, managing employee queries, and supporting compliance with statutory and organizational guidelines. The HR Executive will help drive employee engagement initiatives,



coordinate performance review processes, and support recruitment activities such as screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases. The position requires regular collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth HR workflows and a positive employee experience.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to support core HR functions.
Hands-on experience or training in HR Operations, including documentation, HRIS usage, and process coordination.
Knowledge of HR Policies, compliance requirements, and best practices in people management.
Ability to manage Employee Relations professionally, including handling employee concerns and fostering a supportive work environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
