About Biofrost
We are an established pharmaceutical formulation manufacturer entering the Indian consumer market with our first own consumer brand. Biofrost is formulated and manufactured by us, a natural, odourless and non-greasy cooling pain-relief gel based on the principles of cold therapy.
India has a large pain-relief market, but awareness and adoption of cold therapy remains relatively low. We see a significant chance to build this category and establish Biofrost as a leading brand in India.
The Role
We are looking for an ambitious, entrepreneurial and highly result-oriented Brand Growth & Digital Lead to take ownership of Biofrost's growth. This is not a conventional digital marketing role.
We are looking for someone with strong 360° brand-growth expertise, covering:




Brand Strategy + Consumer Insight + Content + Creative + Performance + Influencers + E-commerce + Consumer Acquisition + Retention
The mandate is to build the brand, create category awareness, drive sales and build a high-performing in-house marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
360° Brand Growth
Develop and own Biofrost's brand and growth strategy. Define target consumers, positioning, communication and growth opportunities. Connect brand building with measurable business outcomes.
Category Creation
Build awareness and understanding of cold therapy among Indian consumers. Identify relevant segments, use cases and occasions. Develop education and communication that drives adoption.
Content & Creative
Build a powerful content engine across Instagram, YouTube and other relevant platforms. Develop high-impact Reels, short-form video, educational content, testimonials and creator-led content. Continuously test and optimise.
