Role Overview
We are looking for a Category Manager to drive the growth of VedaMandir’s Puja category by owning SKU strategy, pricing, partnerships, customer experience, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate is data-driven, commercially focused, execution-oriented, and understands devotional customer behaviour.

Key Responsibilities
• Owned SKU assortment and pricing strategy for the Puja category, driving category share, revenue growth, and Average Order Value (AOV).
• Designed and executed A/B tests across pricing, packaging, and bundling to identify monetization opportunities and optimize conversion.
• Identified, launched, and scaled add-on and cross-sell SKUs, increasing basket size and attach rates.




• Partnered with the CRM team to develop repeat-order nudges and personalized recommendations, improving customer retention and repeat bookings.
• Managed vendor and temple-partner relationships, improving content accuracy, service readiness, and turnaround time.
• Standardized Puja launch SOPs and cross-functional workflows across Product, Marketing, Operations, and partner teams, enabling faster and more consistent launches.

Preferred Candidate
• 2–5 years of experience in Category Management, E-commerce, Product, Growth, or Business roles.
• Strong understanding of pricing, SKU management, AOV, cross-sell, and monetization.
• Data-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with A/B testing, customer insights, and CRM-led retention.
• Solid vendor/partner management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication, ownership, and execution abilities.
• Experience in D2C
