Role Description The Marketing Manager role at Maximus is a full-time, on-site position based in Kerala, India. This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that build brand trust, drive awareness, and support sales growth. Day-to-day tasks include planning and managing campaigns across digital and offline channels, overseeing social media and content initiatives, and coordinating with sales and distribution teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.

Qualifications




Robust marketing strategy and planning skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing, such as social media management, performance marketing, and basic analytics.
Experience with brand management and positioning, preferably in FMCG or food and beverage sectors.
Ability to conduct market research, analyze consumer insights, and translate findings into actionable initiatives.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, consistent messaging.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, with high standards for quality and accountability.
Prior experience in regional or national brand building in India is advantageous.
