As we expand across India, we are building a strong franchisee partner network toscale EV fleet operations. Role Overview BLive is seeking a Business Manager – Franchisee Network Growth to drive the expansion of ourfranchisee network. The role involves identifying, engaging, and onboarding entrepreneurs andpartners who will operate EV fleets under the BLive franchise model. The ideal candidate will have experience in franchisee expansion, dealer development, orchannel sales, preferably in the automobile or EV industry, and possess robust commercial andrelationship-building skills.



Key Responsibilities• Drive franchisee network expansion by identifying and onboarding new partners acrosstarget markets.• Present and explain the BLive franchisee business model to prospective partners andinvestors.• Build and manage a pipeline of franchisee prospects through outreach, networking, andreferrals.• Conduct business presentations and meetings with potential franchise partners.• Explain investment structure, ROI, revenue potential, and operational model toprospects.• Evaluate partner suitability and ensure alignment with BLive’s growth strategy.• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth partner onboarding and launch.• Develop strong long-term relationships with franchise partners.
