Role Description The Warehouse Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Anekal, responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations and ensuring effective, safe,
and accurate handling of goods. This role includes planning and supervising receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch processes, while maintaining optimal stock levels and inventory records. The Warehouse Manager will lead and mentor a warehouse team, allocate tasks, monitor performance, and support training on safety and operating procedures. The position also includes coordinating with logistics, production, and procurement teams to meet delivery timelines, optimize space utilization, and support continuous process improvements. The Warehouse Manager will enforce health, safety, and compliance standards, oversee equipment use (including forklifts), and prepare regular reports on inventory, productivity, and key performance indicators.
