Role Description The Floor Executive – Dwarka & Noida will manage day-to-day operations on the clinic floor, ensuring smooth patient flow, timely appointments, and a high standard of patient experience. This full-time, in office role is based in Gurugram and involves coordinating with doctors, therapists, and support staff, guiding patients through registration, billing, and consultation processes, and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe setting. The Floor Executive will handle front-desk duties such as greeting patients, answering queries, managing queues, and updating patient records in clinic systems. The role also includes monitoring adherence to clinic protocols, assisting in handling patient feedback, supporting basic administrative tasks, and collaborating with the management team to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Strong patient-handling and customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically in English and local languages.
Experience in clinic or hospital front-desk operations,



including appointment scheduling, billing support, and basic record management.
Good organizational and coordination abilities to manage floor activities, patient flow, and staff communication efficiently.
Comfort with computers and digital tools, including basic data entry, use of clinic management software, and handling phone and email communication.
Attention to detail and adherence to protocols to maintain safety, cleanliness, and a professional environment on the clinic floor.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced healthcare setting, stay calm under pressure, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Prior experience in healthcare, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is preferred; familiarity with pain management or physiotherapy settings is an advantage.
