We are looking for young, driven and target-oriented Sales Managers with experience in loan sales and MSME customer acquisition to join our growing team.

Role Overview
As a Sales Manager – Solar Finance, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and business growth in the assigned territory. The role involves identifying and acquiring MSME customers, building robust customer relationships, generating leads, managing the sales cycle and achieving monthly business targets.
This is a pure sales and field-oriented role requiring strong customer acquisition and relationship-building skills.





Key Responsibilities
Drive sales and customer acquisition for solar financing / business loan products in the assigned territory.
Identify, prospect and onboard MSME customers through field sales, direct sourcing, referrals and other channels.
Generate and manage a consistent pipeline of prospective customers.
Understand customer business requirements and recommend suitable financing solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with MSME customers, business owners and key decision-makers.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and customer meetings to application closure and disbursement.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales, disbursement and customer acquisition targets.
Conduct regular field visits for customer meetings, lead generation and relationship management.
Coordinate with internal teams such as credit, operations and underwriting to ensure smooth processing of customer appli
