As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Virtual Event Manager Intern to join our team and contribute to our mission.
Job Description:
Plan events, collaborate with stakeholders to understand event objectives, audience demographics, and desired outcomes. Develop comprehensive event plans, timelines, and budgets.
Select, configure, and manage virtual event platforms to ensure seamless event execution. Coordinate with technical teams to address any platform-related issues.
Work closely with speakers, presenters,



and sponsors to coordinate presentation materials, session formats, and technical requirements. Ensure all content aligns with event goals and audience preferences.
Design interactive elements to enhance participant engagement and interaction during virtual events. Facilitate Q&A; sessions, polls, networking opportunities, and other activities.
5. Collects feedback from participants and stakeholders to evaluate event success and identify areas for improvement. Generate post-event reports, analytics, and insights to inform future event planning.
What we need:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in virtual event platform - Zoom and familiarity with related technologies.
Creative problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
