Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Vijayawada. This role focuses on identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building a strong sales pipeline, and managing client relationships across Oakya’s digital services portfolio. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and outreach, conducting client meetings and presentations,



preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful delivery. The Business Development Manager will analyze market trends, track performance metrics, and contribute to revenue forecasts while representing the company at relevant events, networking opportunities, and industry forums.
Qualifications
Solid business development and sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and deal closing.
Experience in client relationship management, account management, and stakeholder communication.
Understanding of digital marketing, web development, app development, and related IT services.
Ability to conduct market research, analyze competition, and develop growth strategies.
Solid presentation, negotiation, and written communication skills.
Comfort working closely with cross-functional teams such as design, development, and marketing.
