Role Description The Business Development Manager – Corporate MICE is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, OH, responsible for driving revenue growth through corporate meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions. In this role,



the manager develops and maintains relationships with corporate clients, identifies new business opportunities, and prepares proposals and presentations tailored to client needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and follow-ups, managing the sales pipeline, coordinating with operations and travel teams to ensure smooth execution of MICE projects, and monitoring customer satisfaction. The role also involves market research, participation in industry events and networking activities, negotiation of commercial terms, and regular reporting on sales performance and forecasts. Collaboration with internal stakeholders to refine service offerings and support strategic initiatives is a key part of the position.
