Contemplate is building Mindsphere - a mind fitness ecosystem designed to help people develop greater peace of mind, clarity and depth in everyday life.
Mindsphere is being developed as a physical mind fitness experience that can be integrated into residential townships, luxury developments, hospitality projects, corporate and college campuses, wellness resorts, clubs, and such other projects.
We are now looking to build relationships with India's leading real-estate developers and promoters and identify opportunities to bring Mindsphere into their projects.
The Role
We are looking for a highly connected senior real-estate qualified who has genuine, personal relationships with the promoters, owners and senior leadership of India's leading development companies. We are looking for someone who can open doors.
You should be the kind of person who can personally call a developer/promoter and say:
"I have something I think you should see. Let me introduce you to the founder." And they would give us a meeting.
The primary objective for the first three months is to secure high-quality meetings with decision-makers and convert those relationships into Mindsphere opportunities and signed deals.
What You Will Do
Identify and approach leading residential, township, hospitality and mixed-use developers across India and abroad.
Use your existing personal relationships to secure meetings with promoters, owners, MDs, CEOs and other key decision-makers.
Introduce Mindsphere and Contemplate at the highest level of the organisation along with the Contemplate founder.
Help identify projects where Mindsphere could become a meaningful amenity, experience or long-term mind fitness offering.
Build relationships with developer groups and create a pipeline of potential projects.
Help close these deals.
