Role Overview
We are looking for a Retail Recruitment Specialist – Store Operations who will be responsible for driving high-volume recruitment and ensuring timely manpower availability across our growing network of retail stores.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in frontline and retail recruitment, with the ability to build a continuous talent pipeline and efficiently manage recruitment across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
The candidate will own the end-to-end recruitment process for store operations, including:
Sourcing and recruiting Sales Executives / Counter Sales Staff
Recruiting Billing Staff
Recruiting Packing Staff and Store Helpers
Hiring and onboarding Store Supervisors
Supporting recruitment of Store Managers, wherever required
Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of frontline candidates
Conducting candidate sc
