Role Description The Franchise Investor at 4CHAMPZ is a full-time, remote role responsible for developing and managing franchise partnerships within assigned regions. Day-to-day activities include evaluating potential franchise opportunities, conducting market research, reviewing financial projections, and supporting franchisees in setting up and growing their local operations.



The role involves maintaining regular communication with franchise partners, monitoring performance metrics, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure standardized service delivery and brand consistency. The Franchise Investor will also participate in strategic planning, provide guidance on business development initiatives, and help identify new markets for expansion.
Qualifications

Business and financial acumen, including experience in investment evaluation, budgeting, and basic financial analysis.
Strong relationship management, negotiation, and stakeholder communication skills to support and guide franchise partners.
Background in franchise operations, business development, or entrepreneurship, preferably within education, sports, or services sectors.
