Role Description The Student Counselor will provide one-on-one study abroad guidance to prospective students, helping them choose suitable courses, institutions, and destinations based on their academic background and career goals. Daily responsibilities include conducting counseling sessions, explaining admission requirements, assisting with application documentation,



and supporting students through visa and pre-departure processes. The role involves maintaining accurate student records, responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth application workflows. The Counselor will also participate in seminars, information sessions, and outreach activities to promote study abroad opportunities. This is a full-time, in office role based in Kochi.
Qualifications
Strong Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills to guide learners in selecting appropriate courses and institutions.
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with students, families, and partner institutions.
Solid understanding of Education systems and admission processes for major study destinations.
Minimum 1 year of experience in study abroad counseling or related academic advisory roles.
