Role Description The Shift Incharge is a full-time, on-site role based in Guwahati, responsible for overseeing daily construction activities during assigned shifts. The role includes supervising site workers, coordinating with engineers and contractors, and ensuring tasks are carried out according to project plans, safety guidelines, and quality standards. The Shift Incharge monitors material usage, maintains work logs, and reports progress or issues to site management. The position also involves checking work completion against schedules,



resolving minor on-site problems, and supporting compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications

Ability to supervise in office teams, manage shift schedules, and coordinate day-to-day construction activities.
Knowledge of basic construction processes, safety standards, and quality control practices.
Strong organizational and documentation skills for maintaining daily reports, logs, and material records.
