Role Description The Human Resources Intern will support the HR team with day-to-day operations, including assisting in maintaining employee records, preparing HR documents, and updating HR databases. Responsibilities include helping with recruitment activities such as posting job descriptions, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications. The intern will assist in organizing onboarding activities,



supporting employee engagement initiatives, and helping ensure HR policies and procedures are documented and followed. Additional tasks may include researching best practices in HR, preparing reports, and providing general administrative support to the HR function. This is a remote internship role, requiring reliable internet access and the ability to collaborate effectively with a distributed team.
Qualifications
Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices.
Ability to support HR Management activities and day-to-day personnel administration.
Understanding of HR Policies and basic compliance considerations.
Interest in learning about Employee Advantages and related HR programs.
Ability to assist with Personnel Management tasks, including recordkeeping and documentation.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
