About the Role

Top10 Retails Private Limited is looking for an HR Executive to manage and support HR activities across its growing retail network. The role will cover Recruitment, HR Operations, Employee Engagement, Compliance, HR Audit, Payroll Coordination, and Employee Lifecycle Management.

Key Responsibilities

? Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for corporate and retail positions.
- Source candidates through WorkIndia, LinkedIn, Apna, job portals, references, and walk-in drives.
- Screen candidates and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interviews, selection, offer letters, and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports.

? HR Operations
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and HRMS data.
- Manage onboarding, induction, transfers, confirmations, and exit formalities.




- Maintain attendance and leave records.
- Coordinate with payroll teams for employee-related updates.
- Prepare HR MIS and periodic reports.

? Employee Engagement
- Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
- Support initiatives to improve employee morale, teamwork, and retention.
- Address employee queries and coordinate timely resolution.

? HR Compliance & Audit
- Support internal HR audits and compliance checks.
- Maintain documentation related to PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Minimum Wages, Shops & Establishments, and applicable labour laws.
- Ensure employee records and HR processes comply with company policies and applicable regulations.

? HR Policies & Process Improvement
- Support implementation and communication of HR policies.
- Assist in developing HR processes, SOPs, and employee guidelines.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes using Excel, HRMS, automation, and AI tools
