Role Description The Virtual Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, focused on managing and deepening customer relationships through digital and telephonic channels. Responsibilities include engaging with existing and prospective customers, understanding their financial needs, and recommending suitable products and services.



The role involves regular follow-ups, resolving customer queries, and providing proactive support to enhance satisfaction and retention. The Virtual Relationship Manager will coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery, maintain accurate records in CRM systems, and work toward defined sales, service, and quality targets.
Qualifications
