Role Description The Recruiter is a full-time, in office position based in Tiruppur, responsible for managing end-to-end hiring activities for various roles within The Chennai Silks. Day-to-day tasks include sourcing candidates through multiple channels, screening resumes, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and maintaining candidate communication throughout the recruitment process. The Recruiter will also manage interview scheduling, support onboarding activities, and maintain accurate recruitment data and reports.



This role involves partnering closely with store and corporate teams to understand workforce needs, ensuring timely staffing while upholding fair and inclusive hiring practices.
Qualifications
Ability to source, screen, and interview candidates effectively, using a variety of recruitment channels and tools.
Skills in coordinating interviews, communicating with stakeholders, and managing candidate relationships professionally.
Capacity to maintain organized records, prepare basic recruitment reports, and use HR or applicant tracking systems.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills to work with diverse teams and candidate profiles.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Tamil or other regional languages is an advantage.
