Role Description The Sales Manager will lead end-to-end sales activities for Drona Aviation’s drone products, learning solutions, and training programs. This full-time,



in office role based in Mumbai involves identifying and qualifying prospects, managing the sales pipeline, conducting product demonstrations, and closing deals with institutions, partners, and individual customers. The Sales Manager will develop and execute sales strategies, build strong relationships with schools, colleges, training partners, and corporate clients, and coordinate with marketing and product teams to align sales campaigns. Daily responsibilities include tracking performance against targets, preparing sales reports and forecasts, visiting clients, participating in events and exhibitions, and gathering market feedback to support business growth.
Qualifications
Strong skills in B2B and B2C sales, including prospecting, lead qualification, pipeline management, and deal closure.
Experience in account management, relationship building, and customer success to maintain long-term partnerships.
