Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales Engineer role based in multiple locations across Kerala.



The Sales Engineer will collaborate with healthcare providers to understand their medical technology needs, demonstrate CYRIX solutions, and design tailored proposals across the company’s MedTech ecosystem. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting product and solution presentations, supporting the sales team with technical expertise, preparing technical documentation, and participating in tenders and bids. The role involves coordinating with engineering and service teams to ensure accurate solution delivery, providing pre- and post-sales technical support, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners. The Sales Engineer will track opportunities, support forecasting, and provide feedback from the field to help improve offerings and customer experience.
