Role Description The Area Sales Manager (ASM) will be responsible for driving sales of HPIPL’s parking infrastructure solutions within the Mumbai region, managing key accounts, and developing strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and stakeholders. On a day-to-day basis,



the ASM will identify new business opportunities, conduct market research, prepare and deliver sales presentations, and coordinate product demonstrations and site visits. The role involves negotiating contracts, following up on proposals, tracking the sales pipeline, and collaborating with technical and project teams to ensure smooth execution of awarded projects. The ASM will also monitor competitor activity, provide regular sales forecasts and reports, and participate in industry events and meetings as required. This is a contract, hybrid role based in Mumbai, with a mix of in office client visits, office work, and some work-from-home flexibility.
Qualifications
Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management, preferably in infrastructure, construction, real estate, engineering, or related sectors.
