Our long-term vision is to reach 45+ million college students across India. We are currently in the growth stage, building towards our next 10,000+ users.

To achieve that, we need someone who can open the right doors.
We are looking for a Head of Partnerships who can build and manage strategic relationships across colleges, universities, educational institutions, technology companies, software platforms, communities, and other organisations that can help College Circle AI grow.

This is not a marketing role. It is a business role focused on creating relationships that turn into real partnerships, distribution, integrations, institutional access, and business opportunities.

What You’ll Own

Identify and build relationships with colleges and universities.




Explore partnerships with educational institutions, incubation centres, student communities, and organisations.
Identify relevant software, technology, AI, and education platforms for potential partnerships and integrations.
Initiate conversations with decision-makers, institutional leaders, founders, and partnership teams.
Develop partnership proposals that create value for both sides.
Negotiate and coordinate partnership terms with the internal team.
Take partnerships from first conversation → proposal → negotiation → agreement → execution.
Build a structured partnership pipeline and maintain relationships over the long term.
Identify opportunities for institutional adoption, distribution, collaborations, integrations, and strategic alliances.
Work directly with the leadership team on high-value business opportunities.
Represent College Circle AI professionally in external conversations and meetings.
