Role Description The Sales Engineer is a full time, in office role based in Bengaluru, responsible for driving sales of construction machinery and engineering solutions. The role involves engaging with prospective and existing customers, understanding their technical and commercial requirements, and recommending suitable products and solutions. Day-to-day tasks include conducting product demonstrations, preparing quotations, supporting negotiations,



and following up on leads to achieve sales targets. The Sales Engineer will collaborate with technical and production teams to address customer queries, provide technical support before and after sales, and ensure a smooth customer experience. The role also includes maintaining accurate records in CRM or relevant systems and contributing feedback from the market to support product improvement and innovation.
Qualifications
Strong Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills, with the ability to understand and explain engineering concepts and machinery features.
Proficiency in Sales and Customer Service, including lead management, relationship building, and after-sales support.
Excellent Communication skills for presenting technical information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
