Role Description The Front Office Executive is responsible for managing the reception area and ensuring a smooth, welcoming experience for all patients and visitors. Daily tasks include greeting and directing patients, handling appointment scheduling, coordinating patient check-in and check-out, and maintaining accurate records in clinic systems. The role also involves answering phone calls and messages, providing information about services, supporting billing and payment processes,



and working closely with medical and administrative staff to coordinate patient flow. This is a full-time, in office role located in Bengaluru, requiring consistent professional conduct and adherence to healthcare protocols.
