Role Description The Visa Executive role is a full-time, in office position based in Howrah. The Visa Executive will handle end-to-end visa processing, including form filling, documentation checks, application submission, follow-up with consulates or visa centers, and updating clients on application status. Daily tasks include coordinating with clients to collect required documents,



verifying compliance with specific country requirements, and maintaining accurate records of all applications. The role also involves liaising with internal travel consultants to align visa timelines with flight and tour bookings, addressing client queries, and resolving issues related to visa procedures. The Visa Executive is expected to ensure high service quality, meet deadlines, and support a smooth travel experience for clients.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of visa procedures, documentation requirements, and country-specific regulations.
Proficiency in data entry, record keeping, and using computer applications for online visa portals.
