Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Faridabad for a Bolt and Nut Forging Operator, Tool Room Technical, Heat Treatment Supervisor, and Quality/Production professional within fastener (nut and bolt) manufacturing. Responsibilities may include operating and setting up forging machines for bolts and nuts, monitoring production parameters, and ensuring dimensional accuracy and surface quality. Team members will handle tool room activities such as tool preparation, maintenance, and calibration,



and oversee heat treatment operations to achieve required mechanical properties. The role involves supervising production lines, implementing quality checks, documenting process parameters, and coordinating with maintenance and quality teams to meet safety, GMP, and output targets. Daily work includes following standard operating procedures, adhering to manufacturing and safety guidelines, and supporting continuous improvement in productivity and product quality.
Qualifications

Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, especially fastener (nut bolt) production and general Manufacturing practices.
Experience in Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance of forging machines, heat treatment furnaces, and related production equipment.
Ability to conduct Training for operators and production staff on process controls, safety, and quality standards.
Knowledge of Valuable Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and adherenc
