About the Role
ABCI Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. is hiring fresher Civil Engineers (Diploma/Graduate) for deployment across our project sites pan-India. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to kick-start their career in infrastructure/construction and gain hands-on site exposure.

This role is designed specifically for freshers. Candidates with over 1 year of experience may find the compensation structure below their expectations, and are advised to apply only if comfortable with fresher-level pay.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in day-to-day site execution and monitoring of civil works
Support senior engineers in quality control, quantity surveying, and material tracking
Maintain daily progress reports, site registers, and documentation
Coordinate with contractors,
labour, and vendors for smooth execution
Ensure adherence to drawings, specifications, and safety standards
Assist in billing, measurement book (MB) entries, and BOQ verification
Support planning and scheduling of site activities under supervision
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of civil engineering concepts, drawings, and estimation
Familiarity with AutoCAD/MS Office (preferred, not mandatory)
Willingness to work at project sites across India
Positive communication and coordination skills
Ability to relocate and work in a field/site environment
Eligibility
Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (2024/2025/2026 pass-outs eligible)
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience
Willingness to travel/relocate to project locations pan-India is mandatory
