Role Description The Business Development Associate is a full-time, in office role based in Bhubaneswar. This role involves identifying and qualifying new leads, conducting market research to understand target segments, and supporting outreach to educational institutions, corporate partners, and prospective clients.



The associate will prepare and deliver presentations about the academy’s programs, maintain relationships with stakeholders, and assist in developing proposals and follow-up communication. Daily responsibilities include updating CRM or lead tracking systems, coordinating meetings and events, and collaborating with the marketing and training teams to support enrollment and partnership goals. The role requires a proactive approach to building opportunities and contributing to the academy’s growth strategy.
